

The 1-Year Psychoanalytically-Oriented Psychotherapy Certificate Program provides a foundation of the principles, theories, and techniques of psychoanalysis. This course will enable the participants to identify and utilize the four major clinical concepts of psychoanalysis: unconscious process, transference, resistance, and countertransference. The New Jersey Institute is approved as a provider of continuing education activities by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC). All listed workshops have been approved and students will receive confirmation of attendance at the end of the series.
Several of our workshops have been approved for continuing education units (CEUs) by the NJ State Board of Social Work Examiners. Approval is pending for all other workshops. The approval status is listed for each workshop and students will be provided with confirmation of attendance so that they may use these credits hours toward their license renewal.
