Lee Ann has been an active member of NJI’s leadership. She has served on the
Executive Board and Board of Trustees and is a former Chairperson of, both, PACO
(candidate organization) and MONJI (membership organization).
Lee Ann has earned an MSW from NYU and completed the Advanced Training
Program at NJI. She began her career at mental health clinics on the lower east side
of Manhattan and in New Jersey.
She continues psychoanalytic studies in New York with an emphasis on
Contemporary Freudian Psychoanalysis integrating Freud’s foundational concepts
along with nonverbal and enacted elements of the therapeutic relationship.
She has a private practice in Ridgewood, NJ.

Lorise W Mayer, MA, MSW, LCSW, PsyA has been in practice for over 25 years. She began her professional career by earning a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Montclair State University where she was graduate assistant and taught Group Dynamics to undergraduates.
She then earned an MSW from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service before pursuing her certification in psychoanalysis. Lorise is currently a licensed clinical social worker and a nationally certified psychoanalyst. She is on the faculty of NJI and a control analyst. She also provides both clinical and psychoanalytic supervision to mental health professionals.

Dr. Wilda Mesias is a psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in northern New Jersey. She received her PhD in clinical psychology from Long Island University in 1995 and her certification as a psychoanalyst from the New Jersey Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis in 1996. She also earned an M.A. in forensic psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a certificate in group analytical psychotherapy from the Institute of Group Analysis, London, UK, in conjunction with the School of Psychotherapy at St. Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
She has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of children and adults, has supervised clinicians in various settings, and is a faculty member of NJI and CPPNJ. Her clinical interests include countertransference, transference, character disorders, and analytical supervision. In her free time she enjoys the study of languages and cultures.
